I uninstalled it. Reinstalled same issue. ### 1/5 — Horrific *2025-01-31, version 3.0.2* App is horrible unable to view anything, freezes often so can’t make any changes see stubs. The app itself does not do anything when you click the download button ### 1/5 — App is poorly designed and not user friendly *2024-08-11, version 2.0.1* The only thing the app shows is your latest pay amount and nothing else, you can’t view details like hours, pay rate and withholding within the app. When you click the download button to download your latest pay stub, the pdf file is downloaded into the “Files” app on IOS, within a folder called Empeon Hub, and the Empeon app doesn’t tell you that, it simply says “file has been saved”. If I wasn’t tech savvy enough I wouldn’t have known to look there. The app is very poorly designed, very little effort was put into it. The app also lacks FaceID login so you have to enter your username and password and receive a verification code through email each time you want to login. Even though the app is aesthetically kind of pleasing it’s pretty terrible function wise! ### 1/5 — I’m Having Issues Not OPENING ! *2024-07-25, version 2.0.1* I’ve downloaded this app for my new job and it’s not opening to the app page . I have just installed this application and I don't know yet how useful it will be, but I would like to make you a suggestion to improve this program! So, for example: when logging into the application, we need to enter a username and password, after which the system will send the digits of the code to an email or SMS. I think we need to switch to a more modern, easily accessible method and replace all this with face ID !
