When I went back to the game I found that I was given a score of 0 and I was very sad because that money was gone. I sent a message through their customer support tool and less than 30 minutes later Michelle responded, solved my problems and mentioned that if I have the problem again to just reinstall the app and she would transfer all my money gems and etc to the new account. I worked customer service for decades. I’ve been a customer service manager and responsible for hiring customer service people. This company has INCREDIBLE customer service. Thanks for a fun game and awesome customer service! You will NEVER win money because every single match you enter will be cancelled because not enough players joined. They just keep refunding your money over and over and over and you keep playing different matches with the same result. It is absolutely ridiculous.. It is a waste of time and a waste of your money. Unless you just want to keep getting your same money back without ever adding anything to it and playing the same dead end games that nobody ever wins because there’s not enough people to play. That should be your first hint. If you don’t have enough people on your app to complete one match then they must know something we didn’t. ### 1/5 — MOST USELESS GAME EVER *2023-07-23* Don’t waste your time downloading this game. Not only do games last for days due to lack of opponents. They also canceled games after days due to lack of opponents to compete with. With all that, they make withdrawing money won with bonus cash near impossible by significantly reducing the amount. But all it gives me on this games is a black screen. ### 1/5 — Scammmmm *2023-03-16* I deposited $10 with $5 bonus cash. That is the only bonus cash I’ve gotten. I’m now up to $40 in winnings but it says I can only withdraw .41 cents and the rest is bonus cash. Total scam. The good reviews are also scam. ### 1/5 — Scam *2023-03-14* They were a good game and I managed to withdraw over 30$. Then they changed the way their bonus cash system worked and now you can’t win money. I played 4 games and lost 40 cents between them, but my real cash decreased by 2.16$. After contacting support and spending multiple hours communicating with them, they said that the amount was correct. For context I made a deposit, played four 80 cent games and placed 2nd,2nd,3rd and last due to an error. The fourth game was refunded and the prizes for second place are 90 cents each. The prize for third place is 40 cents. On top of this they also take 20% from all games entry fees. This means that when playing with the 10% bonus cash that is required by the game to be used (as long as you have it) that when you win anything less than first place all the money that you win is payed back as bonus cash even if you used real cash to enter. This game is a scam.
