Screen freezes. Happened dozens of times. Deleted the app! ### 1/5 — PLEASE FIX YOUR APP *2022-05-15, version 6.4.2* I read some of the comments/ reviews left here, but because I wanted to have better access to Empire and manage my account without having to call all the time, I decided to download it and give it a shot. RIGHT OFF THE BAT, I run into an issue. After opening my account on the app, which included creating a user/ pw, adding answers to security questions and my cell #, I get to the part where it says ‘REGISTER’, and immediately it says ‘Sorry, having an issue adding your info. Try back later’. I tried back 6 TIMES, I still can’t register. I want to give this app a shot but whoever is responsible for updating and maintaining this app, they should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. With all the people screwed out of work with the Scamdemic, I am quite sure you can find very good people who would LOVE to get back to work and happily tend to this app and do the job CORRECTLY. I read the old reviews from years before that members aren’t able to log into their account so I say to myself it’s been years Empire has resolved the situation that I should be able to login. But to my surprise these idiots who created this stupid app have not fixed the issue. Members can’t access their account using this garbage. Why is this app even in the App Store?
