Please help me as premium isn’t working. I have ads and don’t have access to premium business.

**Developer response:** We're sorry — you paid for Premium and didn't get it. That's our failure, and we
want it fixed for you today.

Two things you can do right now:
1. Open Settings → Subscription and tap "Restore Purchases". This re-links your
   subscription to your account and should remove ads immediately.
2. If that doesn't work, email support@empireinc.app from the address tied to
   your Apple ID. Send us your username and we'll restore your Premium access
   manually — you won't need to pay anything again.

We've also identified why the entitlement failed to apply for some accounts and
the fix is shipping in version 1.2.3 so it won't happen again on renewal.
