We have been reporting about some people using bugs on the latest server but you guys don’t care about it. Y ni si quieran tienen la dignidad de contestarme y ver las pruebas y fotos que les he enviado, gaste mucho en su juego de porquería. But now even when you start a new server within a week you have players with 10 million prestige so even if you spent a bit of money you wouldn’t stand a chance. At least give the illusion of chance. Due to the real time building and recruiting all the events are tailored for players who have played longer rather than giving new players a chance to catch up or lock up some good resources. So it’s pretty much a crap game that’s seemingly flooded with cheaters or millionaires I guess. ### 1/5 — Error el juego. *2022-03-07, version 11.015* Me han eliminado mis tropas de las áreas Silvestre mientras estaban recolectando y en otras luchando. No entiendo como un error del juego puede repercutir en el jugador perdiendo un alto número de tropas. No lo especifican en ninguna norma del juego, con lo cual los errores los debería de asumir los desarrolladores, nunca el jugador que le está dedicando su tiempo y dinero. Me parece injustificado que te borren las tropas que has tardado Meses en hacer y te dejen en medio de eventos sin poder participar. Les he escrito a los desarrolladores y agradecería que me devuelva lo que me han quitado y no tendría problema en modificar mi reseña hacia el juego. If you have an issue it can take weeks to get a response and its usually - send a screenshot. Most of the time too late to do any good. I have spent thousands on this game. Many accounts become stolen due to hacks and game bugs the developers and the company refuses to fix or address. They say they cannot fix the problems or they flat out refuse to help. I reached rank of knight already and they refused to give me the rewards for reaching that rank.
