An employee can not cross check their pay with shifts worked as the rosters are deleted off once they are completed. Nor see what time their shift was approved for. ### 2/5 — Needs bug fix *2023-11-15, version 22.4.2* There is a bug where you tap clock in or clock out and nothing happens. You have to close the app and restart for it to work. Sometimes you think you have clocked in but it hasn’t worked. Please fix this bug. First of all, nothing fits on the screen, so if it did work, you can’t press to post, for example, because it’s partially hidden on the left side and you can’t press anything. You can’t do anything other than view what is there. You say posting? I say dormant. I agree with Clarissa above - would be good if you could create it similar to the online version. Furthermore, you must not read reviews as no one has answered or fixed anything since Clarissa posted her rating. This could have been an awesome, very useful app. I’m on an iPhone btw. Thought installing latest update might fix issue but now app won’t even open, it just crashes. Restarting phone didn’t help. Very irritating and doesn’t get better. Alerts for clocking in and out for breaks don’t exist with no push notification feature. You have to manually set an alarm to ensure break lengths are correct based on the pay award. Tech is supposed to make things easier.
