Which "view" button are you referring to? Is this the "How to apply" button? Is this a "view" button from one of the external jobs? Thank you. ### 1/5 — I have the wrong password or username *2018-12-09, version 5.0* I have redid my password I couple times it keeps saying it’s wrong but when I login on the safari it lets me login with no problems I wish they would fix it looks like a real good app but doesn’t work properly plz fix would love to use ### 1/5 — App Crashes *2018-06-15* I used a new Apple IPad, app crashed at very end of registration process. No way to remove it either. Upon opening App, welcome screen appears then disappears. All I see is the iPhone app icons. Double-click iPhone button and I see the app is running in background. I select it. Welcome screen comes up again then the app disappears again just as in the beginning. Always trouble logging in, tells me I need to update my info on the website yet never lets me do so ! The app doesn’t help you with this problem either. It’s a constant loophole preventing you from reaching your end goal. Second, when attempting to view a job, taping VIEW TAB DOES NOT WORK! How can anyone apply for a job if your application is barely functional. Your so called app needs a complete over haul ASAP, as you are preventing people from finding employment. The authentication works, then it pops up saying. There was a problem identifying your identity. Then the whole thing freezes and I have to force close the app. It won’t do anything can even get in without signing in. I was just now finally able to access the app but it will not let me sign in. If you have not already done so, can you please send us a mobile feedback via the App and our developer team can review your issue. ### 3/5 — Decent app *2016-01-11* Needs a way to save password or use the fingerprint sensor and the filter needs more options like the website ### 2/5 — Can't get far enough to make an in-depth review. *2025-11-25* I work for a state VR agency. As of November 2025, the website is useable with screenreaders but has some issues that make it a bit less intuitive and make certain surveys very hard to complete. I had a couple of clients try the app because sometimes things are just batched differenty and that can make just enough of a difference. I haven't gotten past the loading screen on my iPhone 16 pro and my client with an older iPhone has gone through the registration process twice just for ′the app to say "processing" until it refreshes, once for over an hour.
