I can login on the web version but the UI is TERRIBLE. Overall pretty bad app, only using it because it’s the app my company chose. Also, do NOT lose your password, it’s almost impossible to reset. ### 1/5 — This is the worst app EVER designed *2026-04-10, version 2.0.0* Nothing functions properly, or at all, bad design, crashes, and doesn’t even let you log on half the time, haven’t been able to see my pay stubs in so long because the site won’t even work! Same with all my other coworkers, so it’s not my login. DONT get this. Seriously. ### 1/5 — Horrible minimalist application *2026-04-10, version 2.0.0* Not only is there barely any features at all for employees (i am one) but nothing really works correctly. For one the app never remembers you it always forces you to put in your password, another is the fact that even though your password is correct it will tell you it’s invalid and that the system is experiencing issues. There’s other small things as well like for example the paystubs don’t include your name or address on it for other company’s that might actually need this information and you can’t give exact proof of it being that paystub unless you asked your employer directly for a physical paper copy. Overall there’s just so many problems between small big and lacking, i checked the last update time for the application and it was over a year ago not only that but just a minor patch which is ridiculous for employers that use this because the employees get the bare minimum of what you actually need the app for. nobody wants it just to check there paystub they want it for all other top notch features that would actually prove useful rather then adding stuff that isn’t at all helpful. please fix your application. ### 1/5 — Horrible Ui *2026-02-02, version 2.0.0* Good luck getting into this app if you don't know your password. There's not an option through the app to reset it, and the browser version says it will send a link to your email. 5 reset requests and an hour later and still no reset link. I have no way to access what I need. ### 1/5 — No way to send for forgotten password *2025-08-14, version 2.0.0* Since the update 4 months ago I can no longer send for forgotten password or username cause there is no option to do so. I can log in online but when I put the same log in credentials to the app, it says ‘invalid credentials’. After logging in a few times, it now says my password is incorrect and there is no place to reset or recover password. Everytime my phone updates I have to enter the password. I keep remember me. I mean everyone has a lot of passwords. Problem is there isn't a way to reset the password without logging into the app. 99% of apps if you fail to enter the password you will be given the option to reset it. NOPE ! Not here you can't. Someone help me! I wish my company would use someone else. ### 1/5 — Just Awful *2024-08-11, version 1.0.5* I haven’t used this app in a year or so and I forgot my password and it has the “forgot password” to reset it but when I tried doing that it didn’t send me anything! What’s the point of it having it there if you won’t send me an email to rest my password!? It also doesn’t help that it doesn’t say if your username is wrong either, because I could be putting in the wrong username and that’s why it’s not sending me anything. I’m beyond frustrated ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2024-02-05, version 1.0.5* Many times a white screen shows up when the ap is opened. ### 1/5 — Poor Functionality compared to leading providers *2023-11-02, version 1.0.5* My employer moved in 2023 to this portal for pay stubs The portal crashes every 2 weeks (when it is time to expect salary) - I have to delete the app, reinstall the app and put my credentials again. Happens twice a month- first couple days of the month and again mid month. The pay stub appears for viewing a day after my salary is credited in my bank account. Wierd, as thus far the pay stub usually has been available a day or two before the salary credit shows up. I have not used the touch/face ID interface for a while but apparently it doesn't work. There is no option!!! ### 1/5 — Less Than Useless *2026-04-17, version 2.0.0* When everything runs on being able to prove employment status and history, this app is damaging to a person’s financial snd physical life. You cannot access the app 50-90% of the time, and there is no remedy to being locked out. I cannot currently access my stubs or history. You can’t rent an apartment without this kind of proof. This lack of access creates a real and dangerous barrier to a person’s physical safety. Someone needs to report this company to the FTC. It would be awesome if there was a way I could switch between the two without having to put all the info in each time (different user names and firm code).
