Enter an employee's name, then add infractions/accolades at your convenience. You can customize the app to input just about any actions you want. Change just about any word in the app to fit your needs.  The layout was designed to be easy and efficient. When you want to contact the employee, you have all the data you need right in your hands. The app can store the name of the infraction or accolade, the date and time, where it occurred, the supervisor on duty, employer reaction, a photo/image, and a detailed description. Keep in mind this can be done for as many employees as you need. Records can be sent via email- whether it's just one or all the actions a particular employee has earned. 

You can also save Employee Tracker data via email, printing, dropbox or backup your data in iTunes.  Send the data file to other users of the app with ease.

I have been using this for awhile now.   I used to have 5 staff reporting to me.  I now have 12.  I am a nursing manager so there are many moving parts and a lot to keep track of.  You need this software!

Attempted to add new employee and the app crashes. Tried several times to add with same result. Have had the app and use daily since launched and would really like to be able to continue to use. Please Fix.....

I've used this before in the past and recently redownloaded it on my newer 5se. I'm not sure why I deleted it in the past at the moment, could be related to this. This time as soon as I opened the app and went to add an employee it crashed. Close all apps and a hard reset, the same thing kept happening several more times before I came here. I don't know about you, but I don't have time to waste on something I can't rely on. Good idea, but I'll be moving on from here.

I've used the app for over two years and it has gotten better and better.
Make appraisals and reviews a breeze when addressing behaviours, attendance, sickness and acknowledging great performance.
I would highly recommend this for managers that work over several sites or departments. It's perfect too if you need to evidence your own achievements / successes and challenges faced when having your own review!

This app is very simple to use, yet I can customize it to fit my needs. I use it to track staff at work volunteers in my volunteer activities. I've tried some of the other employee tracking Apps but they aren't as intuitive as this is. Thanks!

I used this app when I was a manager.  I then switched careers and became an Instructor and deleted this app.

I was searching for an app to track skills of my students on a daily basis.  I had trouble finding one, then remembered this app, which I now use.

It is very adapts le to make it do what you want to do, highly recommend it.
