Tried several times to add with same result. Have had the app and use daily since launched and would really like to be able to continue to use. I have 22 agents on my team that require continual supervision for various reasons such as performance merit tracking, personal agent situations, and violated work infractions. This app is the perfect open playing field that allows the user to create anything required to better perform your job duties, but also be able to reward or record challenging conversations for record when needed. The photo option addition, along with the email makes this the perfect all around tool for my needs. This is a MUST for any person who needs an easy to use organizational tool for tracking your employee behaviors. I use it for everything from employee being late, no shows, sick, injuries, conversation from management to staff as well as all warnings or dismissals. I also use it for any tasks not completed and anything staff has done great while on shift. The point system and colour coding for actions work great for quick reference when staff request a pay increase. Received a reply within 2-3 hours and he continued to e-mail me back and forth until we found a solution. I would recommend the app - it is great for tracking everything related to your employees AND has superb support. Needs review date reminders available on each or multiple staff. Also add tasks to actions and points so you can add reminders you need for each staff member. Total actions and points by location. I'm not sure why I deleted it in the past at the moment, could be related to this. This time as soon as I opened the app and went to add an employee it crashed. Close all apps and a hard reset, the same thing kept happening several more times before I came here. I don't know about you, but I don't have time to waste on something I can't rely on. Good idea, but I'll be moving on from here. **Developer response:** Those crashes have been addressed in the latest update. If I rotate the screen in the middle of typing a note it will vanish, annoying when trying to multitask. I used to have 5 staff reporting to me. I now have 12. I am a nursing manager so there are many moving parts and a lot to keep track of. Make appraisals and reviews a breeze when addressing behaviours, attendance, sickness and acknowledging great performance. I would highly recommend this for managers that work over several sites or departments. I had trouble finding one, then remembered this app, which I now use. It's visually beautiful and runs smooth. The one thing that would be icing on the cake would be if it could automatically sync any changes you make to Dropbox.
