Once a job has expired, you will no longer have access to your candidates or reviewing functionality, so be sure to review quickly! You can now send interview times immediately upon selecting a candidate to make sure you acquire those awesome candidates before anyone else can snap them up. Upon selecting a candidate, you will be prompted to schedule them now, or later. Select “Now” to quickly access your list of availability blocks and choose which ones you would like to send! If you have no blocks or need to add more, you can easily add more options using the “+” icon at the top. If you choose to schedule later, you can easily do this from your candidate’s chat window! Simply press the new icon to open the action menu. You can also hire or reject your candidates from here.
