## What is Employment Exit Organizer?

Employment Exit Organizer helps you keep a private checklist, timeline, document-reference list, and questions bank while preparing for a work exit.

Use it to organize dates, document notes, handover tasks, final-pay questions, and source links for Great Britain and Germany. The app is intentionally not a severance calculator: when an estimate is relevant, it links to separate portfolio tools instead of calculating payouts itself.
