I think it was new at that time. I was very sick, post cancer recovery and going through a lot. I love this app and how it gives access to an array of Hay House audios. It has introduced me to a number of new authors— books, meditations and podcasts that I’ve listened to repeatedly. This is a huge comfort. Like chicken soup and a cosy sweater and a fireplace. All those good things. Also appreciate that the app lets me listen to new works without “risk” of buying something I don’t end up liking. Not everything resonates with everyone at every moment and the app lets you do you. Sometimes I even buy a copy of the works I like best to support the authors but yes, the app let me try things on and I like that. My favorites so far are probably from Gregg Braden, Joe Dispenza, Radleigh Valentine, Dick Sutphen, Kyle Grey, but there are many more I appreciate, too. Ultimately in a time of tremendous negativity and chaos, this app reintroduces good things, and I’m so grateful for that. If I sit with that I’m doing well, imo. Until now, it’s a constant loop of login failure, reset password, repeat. A moment of audio after dozens of attempts only to do the same. Then on and off the past couple years, it would stop letting me in. Finally, it wouldn’t let me in at all, from my lap top, phone or tv. I tried to reach out for support several times, then I didn’t just hear back from them at all. Just recently - several monthes later - they reached out and had said there was an issue with apple users that had been fixed. They didn’t other to offer me a credit at all for my previous months of issues or offer an apology for not replying for months. Due to their quality of customer service and inability to respond or fix the issue quickly, I don’t plan to use the app again and will no longer recommend it to anyone. Which is a shame, I really like Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer books and meditations. One would think a company of this size would put more money and quality support people towards their app to ensure it works properly and that long time customers are treated better. ### 1/5 — Is not working *2026-04-18, version 1.42.3* I bought a book who has a code to listen for free through this app and is asking me to subscribe for 6? Dlls anual or 16 dll monthly. I look for the book I bought and is asking me to pay 26 dlls in order to be able to listen it. Basically I have to buy the book twice.
