I wasn’t sure if this was something I’d truly be able to use because of my skepticism on hypnosis.  But I’ve been doing this twice a day now for 3 weeks and I am already noticing the positive effects.  I had been dealing with extreme social anxiety which was pulling me into a depression so I was willing to try anything.  I am so glad I found it and was willing to attempt it.  At first it was weird and silly but now I look forward to the peaceful 20 ish minutes I spend bettering myself and I would highly recommend this or any of the other Empowered Hypnosis apps.  Try it, it might just change your life.
