So I guess that’s just money down the drain ### 3/5 — New to the Software *2019-05-14* Just starting off this is what I noticed...1) there are no instructions so it’s a little confusing. Which makes it hard to relax & get into the meditation because I am focused on if I am doing it correctly. 2) I created a playlist but after every “song”/“topic” it wakes you up. I wish it would keep you in the meditative state and just move into the next topic but maybe there is a reason for that? But it’s hard going in and out of meditative state. 3) I am using the paid version so I paid after playing with the free & was hoping by paying this would solve something’s. *i will check back & let you know how it works. Although I am using another app that lets you meditate then go to sleep without being woken up. Which would be a great option here to get that last bit in. After a workout, hot shower, under the covers, perfect environment to get into deep meditative state.
