This app along with Empowerment Fitness has changed me in every way.   Mind, body and spirit.  I started this journey not know where it would take me but it’s been nothing but positive.  App works great and really keeps you focused on your daily routines.  It holds you accountable for your action as does Zac.  He’s able to monitor my progression and send positivity to keep me going.  Nothing but great things from this journey.

This is an excellent app to help you reach your fitness goals with empowerment fitness.  The app makes it easy to track my diet, gives complete meal plans with videos, workout plan with videos, and daily habits and communication capabilities.

The EP guys have a great app and it is super extensive with its fitness and nutrition database. I’ve used a ton of apps for working out and eating right and this one is awesome for helping do that! Great workout options and nutrition, and daily tracking and inspiration as well as exercise demo vids to everything!
