I find myself wanting to plan walks just so I can listen to the walking meditations. The morning meditations are a great way to start your day. Even sometimes I wonder what a recording can do for my day and I’m amazed at how much more peaceful my mornings are and how much calmer I am. The “release anxiety” meditation is a wonderful exercise and helped calm my anxiety right in the morning. You honestly don’t realize how much these meditations help until you find yourself going about your day. You begin to realize you’re not thinking dreadful thoughts and you’re moving normally about in your daily tasks so easily. In addition, this app is so affordable!
