I need easy, quick, and effective and this app checks all the boxes! Also be sure to go in order. And be sure to do the little training meditation, even if you’ve done it before because it’s specific to the app. Also, Brandon’s voice in this is so soothing. Would be fantastic for people with anxiety.

Wow!! These meditations are next level. They tap into all of your senses and take you on such a cool journey. As a busy business woman and mum of young kids, I often struggle to fall asleep. I’ve tried various meditations and binaural beats. I know Empty Cup isn’t designed as a sleep meditation, but I will say, if you’re struggling to sleep put one on before bed and lay down - haha! It always puts me in a deep sleep!! Love these!! Thank you!!

This app is magical! I have never had success with meditation, but Branden’s calming voice and the surrounding music simply wrapped me in a blanket of calm. I love the meditation training. I am fascinated with how Branden knew exactly what my mind and imagination was doing with each sound. 
This app is so much more than calming soundscapes. It’s a total sensory experience that takes you to a place of calm - The Deep. I think I’m addicted!

I’ve listened to many meditations before and tried quite a few apps, but Empty Cup Meditation takes me away like nothing else I’ve experienced before! 

Every time I listen I have a different interaction, even when I listen to a meditation I’ve heard before. I literally can’t get enough, I absolutely love it!

This app is GREAT! I have used several meditation apps in the past and none have the “get started” walk through that sets Empty Cup apart and the user up for best engagement. The meditations envelope one’s senses in a higher experience. The crafting of the narrative holds a delicate balance between Brandon’s powerful voice and the invitation for one’s own personal engagement.
