As a result, logging into the app was impossible. Two days after raising this issue, it was resolved. But after that nothing is loading. I contacted Emplus customer support, clearly explained the issue, but they only sent automated responses without any real solution. They finally advised me to log in to the Emplus app, where I can’t access my account using either my credentials or mobile number. With no proper response from the support team, this has been a totally frustrating experience with a poorly designed app—I’ve suggested my company cancel the agreement.” It’s been a month still my issue not resolved Just receiving an automated email instead. I’ve tried to login, but none of the credentials works. App says otp sent, but not receiving any otps. When i tried logging in with email, it shows invalid credentials.
