## What is Empyrean?

Empyrean is the mobile companion to your company's Empyrean HRMS. Check in and out of work, track your attendance, apply for leave and stay on top of approvals — wherever your work takes you.

Empyrean requires an account provided by your employer. There is no public sign-up: if your organisation uses Empyrean, your HR team will give you a company code and set up your access.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Attendance
• Check in and check out in a single tap
• A month-by-month attendance calendar with your full history
• Request on-duty and work-from-home days

Leave
• Apply for leave with dates, reason and supporting documents
• See live leave balances by type before you apply
• Track every request through to approval
• Managers: review and action your team's requests from the approvals inbox
• Special leave: earn, apply and approve

Your workplace
• Company holiday calendar for the year
• Document centre for the documents your employer publishes
• Staff directory — find colleagues by name, department or blood group

• Ask about your leave balance, attendance and company policy, and get answers drawn from your own HR records

PRIVACY
Empyrean contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. Location is used only to confirm you are on site at the moment you check in or out — never in the background, and only if your employer has configured a work site for your role.
