And while minor, copyright date is 6 years stale, what else is overlooked?. Ugh. ### 1/5 — This app is trash *2026-02-27* Slow, doesn’t load, confusing to navigate. Altogether trash. ### 1/5 — Can find employer *2025-11-08* My employer said we could use this app but then it doesn’t even find my company. Worthless ### 1/5 — Not able to login in *2025-11-05, version 1.241.0* I tried to log in several times, and it is sending a verification code only Gods knows where. There is not a phone number for customer service and it is frustrating to deal with such a low quality app. ### 4/5 — Handy Benefit App *2025-10-27* I was able to locate my company easily and enroll without any issues. I really appreciate having all of my family’s benefit information at my fingertips. The only issue I encountered was upon reviewing my personal healthcare benefits, it shows I am enrolled in a fertility program I’ve never heard of? I’m not sure where this information came from but my children are both grown and I am definitely not, nor have I ever been affiliated with a fertility health plan. I am also pretty confident it is not a benefit option my company offers. ### 1/5 — couldn’t login *2025-10-14, version 1.237.0* as other users stated this app is unable to log me in too. I cannot find my employer, even though I put it in correctly totally useless. ### 1/5 — Needs fixing *2025-08-28* I downloaded the app and I tried to register. It won’t even click on the register and I don’t have an account so I tried to register however when I click on register, nothing happens ### 1/5 — Login *2025-06-18, version 1.235.0* Registration button doesn’t work? ### 1/5 — Do you actually have a development team? *2025-03-13* This is the worst app ever. Can’t login, routes me to their website and slams a 404 error. Ridiculous - and yet sends me text messages to look at outstanding items only available in the app! ### 1/5 — Can’t view any bills due to lag *2024-12-06* Apparently, I have a bill due for medical care I received a few months ago, but I have no way of viewing the bill within the app because it lags so bad. It asks me for my phone number but won’t take in any information.
