E-ticket for wallet or in app. ### 5/5 — T *2026-03-22* I rather quite think the app is great, when you book a train on line it’s common sense to screenshot the tickets, incase of lag or not internet, I personally don’t understand the low rated stars, if you don’t like the way the app works then buy your tickets from the ticket machines, I think the app is perfect and straight forward and really helps with your directions and platforms!!! I struggle with directions and where to go. They don’t let you cancel your ticket and get a refund within 5 mins like other providers do.
