Panasonic was my favourite as always easy to work and understand but now.... overcomplicated hard to use rubbish

Can’t believe how bad this system is. The app crashes. You can’t play anything back. A complete waste of money.

We can't look at our CCTV system remotely I know the request to upgrade the app has been submitted 
What is taking so long
