### 1/5 — neglected app with fundamental deficiences; urgently needs developer attention.

*2023-01-15, version 2.16.0*

It's January, 2023 and the current version for iPad OS (2.16.0.534) was released in November 2021. So no updates in more than a year.

This version is so bad that it has a serious login bug (I can login just fine using the web interface; when I try the app it says "User does not have any services assigned).

This app needs urgent attention from its developer. Right now it's an unuseable, hot mess.

### 1/5 — Horrible app

*2021-10-09, version 2.15.0*

This app was slow to login and laggy. But now it’s been two days since I’ve been able to login. This app is absolutely horrible and unusable now.

### 1/5 — Way down hill

*2021-08-08, version 2.15.0*

My Dept has used EMS charts tablet for almost 8 years. Use to be the easiest software we have ever used. But since ZOLL has taken over, it has went way down hill. 80% of our calls are missing vital information when it sends from tablet to desktop. Patient records have recently disappeared and states “ down due to technical difficulties” understandable but this has been going on for 2 weeks and you can’t finish your calls on the tablet. Extremely disappointed in the service since ZOLL has taken over.

### 1/5 — Tablet version is terrible

*2020-09-11, version 2.13.1*

I have used emsCharts for about 13 years in different NJ based hospital systems. We recently switch to the iPad version of emsCharts mobile. I have used the Windows based version of emsCharts mobile and have found it functional. The iPad version is terrible. This needs to be brought back to the drawing board and completely revamped. Maybe include some actual clinicians to test the product. Highly do not recommend.

### 1/5 — Awful

*2020-06-22, version 2.10.0*

Intermittently works.

### 1/5 — Loved the idea

*2019-11-16, version 2.7.0*

Loved the idea, love the app when it works..... which is not too often.. support is very professional on phone/email but nothing gets fixed

**Developer response:** Glad to hear that you love the concept and our support team, but sorry about the issues you're having. ### 1/5 — Good thought, poor execution

*2018-04-08, version 2.1.1*

A tablet version of emsCharts has been long over-due. I was very excited to move to this program after using the horrible SyncPad program and I have been mostly disappointed with this native emsCharts tablet application. Their tablet servers are unstable and go offline frequently (once a week, usually on the weekend) and support is unavailable to fix things in the evenings or on the weekends when the system crashes. The emsCharts mobile is much more stable and should be your first choice until this program is improved upon. The other issue that occurs is with the signature expand button. If you expand the signature and touch anywhere outside the signature area, the window crashes and you are unable to expand the signature window anymore. You must then restart the application before the expand window button is functional again.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your thoughtful review. We'll spend some time testing the signature area to see if we can reproduce this issue, but so far it seems like this problem has been fixed in the current version of the product. We've updated the app to fix a number of performance issues and known crashes. Please give it another go and let us know if you're still having any issues or concerns. You can reach our support team at 866-647-8282 or by email at support@emsCharts.com. Thanks!
