## What is EMSYS Logistics?

EMSYS Logistics — warehouse logistics app for warehouse managers, optimized for iPhone and iPad.

Features:
• Delivery list (DL) — real-time view, filtering by status (open, taken, approved)
• Take delivery — automatic assignment to current user
• Barcode scanning — using the device camera
• Delivery details — scanned quantities with local persistence
• Approval workflow — full lifecycle until ERP submission
• Bidirectional sync with EMSYS ERP

This app targets customers of PRODINF Software using the EMSYS ERP system. To authenticate, you need a server address and credentials provided by your company EMSYS administrator.

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-06

Delivery notes
• New validation flow, clearly marked in the app (Flow 1 / Flow 2).
• Document quantities are aligned to the scanned goods from the app,
  without back office.
• Generate the delivery note or invoice from a validated DN: it is
  created, printed and validated in ERP, and the PDF lands on the device.
• An unfinished document can be completed with the same button.

Purchasing (beta) — goods receipts with scanning, price and VAT.
Production (beta).

### 1.3.0 — 2026-06-17

• Print button in delivery detail: A4 per-pallet form, also saved to Reports
• Manual barcode entry on the ×N button (for damaged/unscannable codes)
• Fix: resetting scanned quantity now works on combined deliveries
• Pallet distribution is kept when re-opening combined deliveries
• Reports: each form shows if it was generated at approval (A) or at printing (L), with the date
• Delivery pickup is consistent across devices, regardless of username letter case
• Clearer buttons and screens

### 1.2.2 — 2026-06-12

Pallet Labels PDF — new A4 format with graphical barcode (EAN-13) per article. Monospace article codes, weight in a chip stuck to the corner of each row. Pallet total in a bordered header box.
Format selection: "Print A4" (default, for office printer) or "Label 10x15" (for thermal label printers with adhesive rolls).
Fix iOS share — UIActivityViewController popover no longer crashes on iPad when tapping Share.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-06-11

Pallet labels — 10x15 cm format for thermal label printers (Zebra ZD, Brother QL, etc.). Optimized PDF: zero solid black fills, 9pt readable fonts, bold for article code and Total kg.
Fix iOS share — UIActivityViewController popover now correctly anchors on the Share button (no more crash on iPad).
App version is now shown in Settings.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-06-07

Pallet Labels — new section: generate A4 PDFs for each physical pallet, with client logo, items and total weight. Designed to stick on stretch wrap.
Pallets during scanning — P1/P2/P3 bar with live weight. Switch active pallet with a tap, rename via long-press. On APPROVE, snapshot kept 7 days in history.
