This app is exceptional as a tool for anxiety, stress, PTS or just with the day in day out coping skills with working in Emergency Services. Even as an ex ambo I can still get benefits from the meditation & sleep tools to help with my unsettled mind. Thank you Phil & friends 🙏🏻

This app has helped in so many ways. I was a big ball of anxiety prior to this app. I use it daily to get my day started and it has made a world of difference to the way I look at stressful situations. I will be forever grateful to the crew at EMT.
