Awesome app linked to guidance.  Relevant to anyone in acute care in the UK and a great reference for those outside!!

I use this App a lot, i used to use mdccalc and the such, this app is a lot more user friendly and allows quick access to the relevant NICE guidelines,and asthma BTS ect providing reassurance that you’re providing the right care. 

The app is easy to use, and allows for numbers to be inputted in different forms, ie Kgs or Stones, allowing for quick calculations to be done without the need to convert. 

Great app for use in the emergency department setting, should be on all junior doctors/ clincans phones!

This is better than any other calc (including MD and Qx). It not only summarises NICE c spine and head injury rules succinctly it also gives treatment suggestion and links to full guidelines eg asthma BTS, GRACE and Mx. 

In addition, it has conversion calculators for weight etc. This is all I use in ED now.
