Use it everyday!!!! I thought it would be pricey like other apps, but it’s not. Literally the journaling is clean therapy chat at night saves me from over thinking! Love it

Honestly didnt know howd it be! But the journaling, daily mood check ins and afformations are cool. Ive been struggling recently so its great, the ai therapy chat tbh helps me more than my therapist but i still go to my therapist lol. Reccomend.
