BUT, their response to any sorts of problems is very slow, they do not response to any of the request or sth. Phone calls don’t help at all, you can try to reach them, but you will never find a way to talk to a real person. Sorry guys, no hate, just real problems with you P.S. Even though the sender might put your up-to-date information about your address or sth, they will send the delivery to your address register in the system, just ignoring the real address you shared with the seller and customs. Does your delivery agent carry a PoS? Turns out there’s no payment option on the app. I had to withdraw cash to pay. Waste of time ### 1/5 — it fails at the one job expected of it *2025-09-19* imagine having to pay cash in 2025. never in my life have i seen a delivery company INTENTIONALLY make a delivery experience worse and poor. all because they refuse to implement an online payment system (something highschool kids do nowadays just for kicks) a single package has its delivery extended by two weeks because the receiver has to physically shake hands with the delivery guy, and give money + because the first attempt failed, the attempts following it is a cocktail of the package being transferred from one delivery agent to another with the tracking history being updated with false ‘unsuccessful delivery attempts’ and ‘attempted to contact customer’ (who’s trying to deliver anything after 11pm??) i dislike that i cannot control which company my packages end up with. **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It took me 2 weeks to call, free zone where my visa is, Tamm App and finally ICP to find out it’s in your hands. Finally I called and found it it would be delivered within 4 days!! Why so long since you hold it already! Also I wanted to schedule the delivery online and there was an error comming up. Finally it was organised to be delivered on 5th April and when I was waiting for it I got a link where again I had to put the address and schedule delivery for the next day.
