A new app ENHYPEN official light stick app has been released. Please install the new app for a smooth user experience. Go to App Store and search for “EN- Official Light Stick Ver.2” to install the app. [Key Features] 1. Smartphone Bluetooth Connection After turning on the light stick, press the blue button for 2 seconds to turn on the Bluetooth function. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone, and bring the light stick close to the screen. If you can't connect to Bluetooth, check if the GPS is turned on. 2. Concert mode Enter your concert ticket information and pair your light stick. You can enjoy various stage effects during the concert. This menu will be enabled several days prior to a concert. 3. During the concert, connection was easy and stayed connected for the entire performance. Directly following the concert, the app can’t find the light stick on Self Mode and says Firmware isn’t up to date and also immediately disconnects from light stick when I finally DO get a connection (I’d say within 1 second of successfully connecting). The app FAQ says to update firmware through Self Mode but it can’t connect via self mode, so basically it’s a one-time-use app and light stick. ### 4/5 — Connection Failed *2024-05-11* Hello! Its been getting annoying because now i can not use self mode because it won’t connect. While reading all the reviews on the app now I noticed it’s not the light stick that doesn’t work it’s the app that fails to work after one use. ### 3/5 — Will no longer connect. *2023-11-07* I bought my light stick while at one of the Enhypen fate tour stops and it connected completely fine with the venue but now it will no longer connect to the app whatsoever. All it says is “light stick connection failed” and nothing I have done has fixed it. I have switched the batteries around and even deleted the app but nothing has worked.
