During the concert, connection was easy and stayed connected for the entire performance. Directly following the concert, the app can’t find the light stick on Self Mode and says Firmware isn’t up to date and also immediately disconnects from light stick when I finally DO get a connection (I’d say within 1 second of successfully connecting). The app FAQ says to update firmware through Self Mode but it can’t connect via self mode, so basically it’s a one-time-use app and light stick. ### 4/5 — Connection Failed *2024-05-11* Hello! While reading all the reviews on the app now I noticed it’s not the light stick that doesn’t work it’s the app that fails to work after one use. ### 3/5 — Will no longer connect. *2023-11-07* I bought my light stick while at one of the Enhypen fate tour stops and it connected completely fine with the venue but now it will no longer connect to the app whatsoever. All it says is “light stick connection failed” and nothing I have done has fixed it. I have switched the batteries around and even deleted the app but nothing has worked. It says the connection failed or it can’t connect and there is no help section in the app (?) so I guess, if it’s possible, DON’T update and your light stick will still do more than just blink white and Bluetooth blue.
