Every time I try to do the coursework, the app tells me to turn my phone. I turned my phone and try again and nothing happens. I can’t do any of the coursework on the app besides the pretest.

I can’t access my TNCC course under ENPC/TNCC even though I’m logged into my account to use the app, but if I login under “Browse ENPC/TNCC” then I can access my TNCC course like I’m on a browser.

When you get the text it skips all over. It constantly logs you out. I can never find my courses.  It’s awful.

Scheduled TNCC. Started pre-course online. Downloaded app to finish the pre-course but the app keeps showing no courses available. Able to use browser on iPhone to finish but not the app that was created for ENA content. What’s the point?
