THE LOOPHOLE, FOR THE DISCIPLINED LIAR
Skip a coffee, knock £3.80 off the price. Watch the number fall until the thing is — mathematically, irrefutably — earned. And if you cave and drink the coffee? Noted. One slip doesn't undo the eight before it.
