Waste of time ### 1/5 — Crashes *2024-02-21, version 3.13.0* When trying to open this app it crashes and won’t let me use it, closing the app and sending me back to my home screen. It has only just started doing this since updating to the newest ios, but prior to that it kept coming up with a message asking if I wanted to report bugs, but at least I could still use the app. ### 1/5 — Too many bugs *2023-05-25, version 3.7.2* Too many bugs requiring to delete and reinstall app. Constant freezing. Very poor UX design. Makes mandatory use for work a chore, rather than what it could be with some basic design and coding investment. Latest version wants to resync and download the project/company setup every time the app is opened or an observation submitted. Given how convoluted and poorly designed the UX of the website is, not much surprise the app is so poor. ### 1/5 — Big PITA when password are out of sync *2020-05-29* App will let you enter safety observations or incidents and only tell you your password is expired after you enter all the details. Then have to log onto the website set new password and cannot submit your work without logging out and losing all the work you just did. Really frustrating and a complete waste of time. Talk about making it hard to do the right thing... ### 1/5 — Can not submit STEPs *2019-11-27* The app needs to mirror the functionality of the website, there is no point in having an app if you still have to submit every observation via the website. The app is a good starting point, but until this is updated it only adds steps to the reporting process, rather than making it easier as intended. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-21* Terrible, clunky, unintuitive UI that is riddled with constant bugs. Almost as bad as the browser system. With other options available, I can’t believe businesses use this platform. Best regards. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2024-08-05* This stupid app wasted about 30 minutes of Amtrak time I make almost 40 an hour, so that’s $20 Amtrak paid for me to look at my phone and try to login to this stupid site so I can report that the weld and burning smoke in the building and the sand blast dust is atrocious with no ventilation and in the winter time, everyone is forced to choke and gag on the smoke and apparently I can’t report this. At least I got paid for this don’t bother doing it on your own time. ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-05-23* App crashes at least twice a week. Continually have to delete, redownload, and go on the website for the QR code.
