Great app otherwise ### 5/5 — Amazing *2024-12-23, version 8.1.1* This app literally changed my life. I even use these sounds with my baby and he loves them. He is calm and happy when I play the sounds. Also, I play the affirmations in the morning so I can start my day right. Similar to fabulous’ guided meditations, not enough space and time between speaking is given for the listener to take in whats being said and reflect internally. They help me create a new routine, there are always different insightful stories to listen to every day. I’ve learned so much through using these apps and they don’t even take up that much time of my day each day. ### 5/5 — Wow *2024-08-30, version 6.0.1* Well this is an unbelievably simple yet powerful app. The mini meditations and the calm positive affirmations are everything you need to reset or restore after a though moment, grow during a train journey, prepare for a workout or fall asleep easily. One suggestion: there should be a search button, either by words or by mood or effect. Second suggestion: a quizz to suggest the best audio for our current state of mind? It has been months. You can’t call and messaging them has had no answer for many people. I keep getting charged monthly. I cannot see them pop up on my app subscriptions in my phone and on the website there is no option to unsubscribe. You can cancel your account, but that will continue charging. Instead it is just a bunch of recordings you can play. The recordings are good but not what this app appears to be marketed as. My biggest thing is, I would love to be able to queue things up, such as setting a sleep hypnosis track to play, followed by an affirmation track. That way I don’t have to break out of my tranquility to pull up the affirmations afterwards.
