Help please ### 3/5 — Bug in stables *2022-05-22, version 1.0.9* Enjoying the game. Paid for it. Can’t put the ring on the kings statue in the stable. Using iPad with iOS 15.5 ### 3/5 — Needs QA! *2021-09-05, version 1.0.9* I am using an iPad seventh generation with iPadOS 14.7.1. Overall, the touchscreen sensitivity is poor. And that’s putting it mildly. ***SPOILER ALERT*** More specifically, in Chapter 6 the Town Square, I completed using the horseshoe and continued until I received the stable door knocker and opened the door but I had not used Magnus’s ring to receive the cage. Now, no matter how I try the ring will not work so I’m stuck. Also in the process I used the Dragon Scroll. I don’t know if this matters or not. I started over with another profile and might continue intermittently to get back to where I was. I don’t know. But any advice or information would be greatly appreciated. Domini has great ideas and graphics. You need two things. New, original ideas and QA, QA, QA. ### 3/5 — Found a glitch *2021-06-26, version 1.0.9* I was playing just fine until I reached the town square. The game will not allow me to place Magnus’s Ring on the statue. I’ve checked the strategy guide to see if there was anything else to do and there isn’t. After that, I did some troubleshooting and am coming up with the same issue. I’m on an iPad Pro 2020. ### 2/5 — Update didn't work-still stuck *2021-03-16* I'd say I'm 85% through the game and it won't let me go any further, even with the most recent update. It won't let me put the ring on the Kings finger. This is the third Domini game that has glitched like this in recent months and I'm tired of having to reset and start over. A few times I thought there was a glitch in game and couldn’t progress, but then I reopened objects that had all necessary parts but hadn’t been properly combined yet. (Ex: fishing rod, climbing gear). Also as with other DominiGames, hint button often leads nowhere. First the screen too big to see instructions on puzzles, cannot put the ring on Magnus finger. I took a screenshot and contacted customer support but have not heard back. It’s very frustrating which is not what I want from a game. The bell rings but the crows don’t fly away. If you hit the hint button it keeps taking you back to the crows. The game works fine until I got to the point where I have to ring the bell to get rid of the birds, to collect the thread and shield piece. The birds are still there and it won’t let me collect the items. Which means at this time I cannot progress with the game. If there is anything you could do I would appreciate it as I don’t want to think I have wasted money on a game I cannot play properly. Many thanks! The instructions are now easily read and while there are some touch issues, the game has a great storyline. The graphics are not as slick as some of D’s other games, but it offers some good diversion. When I look at other offerings, we are so fortunate to have these developers creating narrative puzzle games—not f2p which we all know cost a fortune. I plan to buy and play!
