### 4/5 — A Must-Have for Enchanting

*2018-01-13*

I've been using this App now since August 2017 and have had no issues whatsoever. Just like the Perks App made by the same person as this App, it allows for multiple Characters to be created, a real bonus for me. It allows you to take into account things such as strength of the Soul Gems used, Enchanting Skill, weather or not you are a Vampire with the Necromage Perk, and even the benefit you can get from one of the Black Books. The only thing that could make this better is if it took in to account the effect you get if wearing any four Relics of Ahzidal (Dragonborn DLC) which increases Enchanting by 10. Other than that, it's perfect.

### 4/5 — Good, but missing something

*2017-02-12, version 1.7*

While it does have armor, weapons, clothes, and jewelry, it does not have multiple weapon options. Some people will only use a bow or a two handed weapon, but some people dual-wield swords, and there is no dual wield option.

### 4/5 — Good but not good enough

*2015-06-13*

The app is great but there are some things I didn't like. First is that iOS 6 appearance, please we are going to iOS 9, update the visual of the app because is pretty ugly. Second, the info of the enchantment are not displaying properly. For example chaos damage says "50% of each element of fire..." and the rest of the info is missing. Please fix this.

### 4/5 — Wonderfully helpful!

*2014-06-23, version 1.7*

Very helpful and in-depth for keeping track of your characters' clothing and enchantments. My only complaint is that the majority of the app is black and white, where color could liven it up.

### 5/5 — Only 5 cuz I can't give it a 10

*2013-10-12, version 1.7*

Exceptional Application.

Exceptional Developer.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Nice Try Alan

*2020-01-13*

Your Alchemy App hit the mark and was second to none, so I decided to pay for this app, and found out This app was crap. Did t mean to be harsh, but seriously it felt like an after thought

### 1/5 — Ripped off!!!!

*2017-01-20, version 1.7*

Do not download! Just paid $$ for a non existent app! Should be removed. Again don't download!!!!!!

### 1/5 — Does not work on iPad

*2016-12-26, version 1.7*

Quickly closes as soon as it launches on an iPad Pro at 10.2. Waste of money.

### 1/5 — Not working...

*2016-12-23*

Have just purchased...
Afraid that this doesn't work with latest iOS 10.2...
Disappointing...

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2013-03-06*

This app was no use to me at all, I still know all the same things about enchanting that I did when I bought the rip off.

So to improve I would definitely wright
Some sort of info page as I still don't know how to enchant. : )
Thanks for reading

### 1/5 — Um, how is this useful?

*2012-07-06, version 1.41*

So I enter all my data about my character, and this app will calculate what I can enchant. Same as the enchanter table, why pay to have this recalculated and get duplicate results? It does not help in any way to guide an enchanter (exept tips that are everywhere on the wiki's) on how to level faster, stronger, nothin. I don't get the 5 star reviews at all. Would return this if I could. The other app for alchemy is good tho. This is just a waste of my time.

### 2/5 — Not working after last iOS update

*2016-12-23, version 1.7*

Great app until it stopped working. Will update this review once it's fixed.

### 3/5 — Clarity in the app

*2021-11-02, version 1.8*

The app itself is super useful, the resolution on the text however is blurry and hard to read, this is a premium app and I’d expect it to be on the same quality as SR Alchemy. The values also don’t seem to add up correctly, with 83 Enchanting all relevant perks and with a 38% fortify enchanting I get fortify abilities of 30% in game but the app tells me I should expect 29%

### 3/5 — Iffy

*2016-10-13, version 1.7*

I'm having trouble with this app showing the proper values when I change perks or stats and it crashes frequently. Please fix.

### 3/5 — Great start to a robust app yet still lacking

*2012-05-08, version 1.4*

The base for a solid enchanting app is there but it needs a few more things to be worthwhile.

1. A select/deselect all button for building checklists of available enchants.

2. Character profiles for multiple characters for checklist Building.

3. List locations on how to find rare or guaranteed drop locations.

4. Option for dual wield or shield for character building.

5. Ability to sort the enchant list in alphabetical order as they appear in game.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I’m happy

*2019-06-21*

My biggest drawback is due mainly to the game itself. It can be a little complicated, but the game is complicated. It will help immensely when you are trying to bolster your character. I find the premise easy to use, succinct, and makes keeping track of your abilities much easier! Thanks!

### 5/5 — Awesome work (also, Ahzidal RULES)!

*2017-04-16*

Your app is incredibly helpful!

However, I believe you missed an enchantment: Fortify Barter.

### 5/5 — Enchanting made easier

*2017-03-04*

Quick response to fixing the auto close bug. Highly recommended apps if you're new to skyrim or would like a new take on an ageing game.

There are many apps that are available to assist with enchanting, but none as clear as this. You can clearly see which enchantments you have, and keep track of various outfits that you have created/combined.

It's a fantastic app for those that are just starting out on skyrim, or for those that want a little more help with things they haven't tried yet.

I highly recommend this app, keep up the great work like the other available apps. (Search 'Alan cave')

The app that needs creating is to do with smithing.

### 5/5 — Still works!

*2017-02-07*

Genius. Still good after 6 years away. The best companion apps to Skyrim.

I reached for these apps within an hour of booting up Special Edition, and was not disappointed. If you're going to put some hours into Skyrim, spend the money on Alan's apps. Hours saved and my playing experience vastly improved. No more pen and paper!!

### 5/5 — Still works on iOS 10, 6+

*2016-09-15*

Now that Skyrim Remaster is coming out for the new generation of consoles (PS4, Xbox One, and PC's) I thought I'd check to see if the old app (having not been updated since 2013) still worked. It does currently work on my iPhone 6 Plus running iOS 10. It's still the best companion to the game as you can note what enchantments you already have when selling items to a vendor or debating whether or not to purchase a magic item from a store (do I have the paralyze enchantment yet?) The alternative to this app is writing down on paper what you have and need, or running to an enchanted in-game to check. This app also allows you to enter your skills and buffs to see beforehand what strength enchantments you can make. Overall would highly recommend downloading.

### 5/5 — Great apps by this guy

*2014-07-26, version 1.7*

I bought this app because the related alchemy app has served me well for many months, 2$ is well worth another great app!

### 5/5 — Great App If You're Into Skyrim Enchanting

*2014-05-02, version 1.7*

I love this app. I use it to help me plan out enchanted gear for both my character and my followers. I particularly love how it allows you to have profiles for multiple characters. Good job!

### 5/5 — So good!

*2014-03-09, version 1.7*

Very nice!

### 5/5 — Very nice

*2014-01-03, version 1.7*

Excellent work

### 5/5 — Customer service too!!!

*2013-10-14, version 1.7*

This app is great but what makes it so good in my book is the option to contact the maker. I did this and he actualy took time out of his life and responded with a good attitude and took my advice! 5 stars all the way
