To the point where u have to completely close out the game. So why is it even an option if you can’t even pick it? Why is everyone only straight? Why can’t there be individuals that are also gay, bisexual, or Asexual as well? Das ist zwar gut, aber zu manchen Studiengängen gibt es keinen Beruf und ich meine das ernst. Ich habe zum Beispiel Psychologie studiert und konnte keinen Job finden danach der dazu passt. Noch dazu ist die Jobsuchenden sehr mühsam. In the last few updates, every time you try to date someone of the same gender, it says this person is straight. Love having very minimal ads, many different things to interact with and you actually get something out of living in the years rather than needing to age up for something to happen. Just a bummer it’s glitchy. Some of my achievements aren’t recognized, on my second game my social media button won’t work even though I have a phone and I’m over 18 in the game and my interactions with loved ones aren’t working because I’m not in the same city as them but we are all in San Francisco. Scientist or Politician) there is a persistent issue where after somewhere between 4 to 10 attempts or just a while of playing the game, when you try to do something like an action on the job’s menu… all of the customization prompts for how to approach things like research or policies eventually end up spawning the customization prompt behind the initial prompt… which means I have to close the initial prompt to even access the customization prompt which then completely gets notified because it registers the whole thing is canceled. Aside from that, things like the researcher pack or whatever can’t seem to identify the ranks and permissions that should be associated with the ranks. I genuinely think this game needs to refocus a vast amount of resources on a QoL (quality of life/but fix overhaul)… not content packs that are functionally broken to the point you have to close out the app every 5-10 minutes or just give up entirely. And this is all still running on the latest OS, with the latest updates, on an iPhone 14 Pro Max… which should still be sufficient in hardware to run everything normally. ### 1/5 — Broken prompts & screens *2026-01-29* This game is so good in theory but in terms of quality of life they have never fixed a bug in their life which makes this game almost unplayable in any deeper form than the most surface level things. The slap together nature of this application makes this absolutely not worth $60 and at most 20… it’s insulting to think you keep adding features so haphazardly with no intense to actually fix the broken mechanics which makes this game non-functional as a Minimum Viable Product. I feel bad for anyone who thought that they would do anything other than the BitLife tactic of being a subscription parasite.
