Use Manager App to see a live view map of your team’s positions on any smartphone or tablet, and make workflow adjustments, route changes, and activity checkups in near real-time. By directing in a mobile environment, you can now take your Encore account on the go, and experience even greater convenience when it comes to managing your staff.
•	Receive near real-time activity updates on your mobile device when users fill out forms, clock in and out, or turn their vehicles on and off.
•	Display the last-known GPS position of a specific device on a map.
•	Monitor the duration of certain activities, like vehicle stopped, idle, or moving statuses.
•	Optimize routes using the Closest To feature, which shows the distance between the job site and workers.

The only thing preventing us from being a great app is the ability to refresh the live tracking. Please have A drop-down or an icon to be able to refresh the live view without exiting the app and going back into.
