“Session expired” and logged out. For safety and security reasons, I understand the app doesn’t stay logged in. But session expiration way too fast. This is not a banking app first of all. Secondly, there’s no support to FaceID, no support to KeyChain. Every time have to enter password. Very frustrating.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback—we really appreciate it! We’re glad you mentioned the banking app experience. Encore Rewards is the loyalty program for casinos in BC, so we follow many of the same strict security regulations required in the banking industry. The current session timeout is set to 30 minutes, and we’re actively exploring ways to improve that experience.

Face ID is already on our roadmap and will be rolling out in the near future. In the meantime, you can use your device’s password manager to securely save your login details.
