The mechanics are the same it is pretty clear what you should go for with each character and still need to make good decisions. I like the balance so far. Only thing for me is story is mostly same for each character, if you do expansions can you tailor story for each character a bit more? Also one day, I would like these characters to meet if possible. And after a second attempt today it needs a very special build which defeats the purpose of giving players choice. I love the idea of this game, but yet again devs have put up a paywall that only a few get over. ### 1/5 — Misleading Reviews *2026-05-04* Not sure which of these ads are actually real, but the art in this game is not good, it’s just more AI slop with some decent text and poorly cropped UI. This game would be infinitely better if they just used a little bit of effort and made some real art, even if the art wasn’t as good. Some of the art is nice, but a lot of the art for non-combat encounters is ai slop. ### 2/5 — 중간 광고 진짜 어지간히 하세요 *2026-04-10* 게임 다시시작 이나 부활 광고 넣은거 그러려니 합니다. 근데 보상 리롤에 광고 넣는건 무슨 생각인지;; 겜 한판에 광고 보는 시간만 30분입니다. 광고도 뒤지게 길어서 게임 진행 흐름이 끊켜요. 뭐 그래 열심히 만드셨으니 돈버셔야하니까 거기까지도 오케이. 광고제거 결제하려다 일일보상 2배 밑에 30일 유효라는 쎄한 문구 보여서 찾아보니 광고제거 패키지 자체가 30일 유효ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 일일보상만 30일 유효인 것처럼 문구 위치 애매하게 달아놓으셨네요? 구매자 기만하면서 사기치려는게 보이는데 진짜 장난함? 뭐 저렴하면 이해라도 해보려는데 만원짜리가 30일? 이 게임이 그 가격으로 매달 결제하면서 하고싶은 정도는 아니에요. 과도한 현금 결제 유도와 구매자에게 사기치려는게 보여 뿔이 단단히 났습니다. 사기치려하지 말고 정직하게 사세요. 자식보기 안부끄럽습니까? ### 3/5 — Game is fun, but not great for free-to-play. *2026-06-20* I enjoyed the gameplay and the story a lot, but the way to get cards, the way you earn gems that doesn't involve paying for them, and the fact that removing ads is a monthly charge, stinks of greed. Also had an issue with the Clocktower Wraith, where I was essentially soft locked because the boss couldn’t kill me due to my defense kit, but I couldn’t kill the boss due to my offense relying on counter attacks and the boss healing all the damage I was able to do. ### 3/5 — 프리미엄 패스 관련 *2026-06-17* 프리미엄 패스에서 광고제거도 한달 동안만 유효한건가요? 상품 설명 보면 일일보석 2배만 한달 동안 유효하다고 되어있고, 광고제거는 계속 적용인것처럼 보여서 구매했는데.. 개선 부탁드려요 ### 3/5 — Needs a better way of unlocking characters *2026-05-07* Loving the game play and the ability to unlock cards is a nice touch compared to the last game. However dev went straight greedy on the gems this game. There should be a way to unlock different characters besides a >1% rng daily chance. Also very upset that the ad remove for $8 is only valid for one month. I would never have bought that if I realized it. Low Chance of Being Able to Get New Characters. *2026-04-12* I always love the games the creator makes and always look forward to when a new one comes out. But the main difference to this game compared to the others, not the general gameplay though, is the introduction of the gacha/paywall system for getting new characters on the game. Although the creator has always put an outrageous price on buying new characters in his previous games, which was able to be soften by watching ads for in game currency (gems) instead (for around a month or two of watching ads for one new character). There is nothing like that in this game. Instead, the gacha system gives you the chance of getting a new character, items, companion, starting buff, and ect. Which I do like the concept of steadying unlocking and upgrading these “cards.” But what I’m really upset about is that I might not even be able to play another other character besides the starting one. Just because I have to pull a 0.625% chance card compared to over 60+ other cards (ranging from 1.1111%-0.625% chance). But worst of all. Once you do pull one of these cards, you can still pull that same card again. Until that card is fully upgraded at Mythic rate (not sure how many upgrades these is yet). Hence further decreasing the chance of actually playing a different character than just the beginning one. I’m not sure if the creator is planning to change this at all, I doubt it though, but if you enjoyed the previous games before and are not sure if it’s even worth it to try this game. Then still try it. This game is still great overall, and could even be called the best game that the creator has made so far (in my opinion). Also, just wanted to include that you can’t watch ads for gems anymore (there goes my plan), and instead of being able to buy a permanent buff (a free revive, I think, and enough gems to buy a new character). You instead must pay $8 a month for being able to remove ads and free item refresh. So overall, if you were wanted to see all the cool new characters of this game and the cool character mechanics and background stories that they have. Then good luck. Cause unless you spend $16 a month for the 125% “value special package” of 16 pulls, or $20 for 18 pulls afterwards. Then your chances of getting a new character is slim. Especially with only being able to get around 60 gems after winning a run (120 gems is one pull). This is the only mobile game that I consistently come back to in my free time. I saw someone complain about micro transactions but I was easily able to enjoy the games contents without purchasing any gems and got lucky enough to get a character as well. Infinite replay ability and super easy for free to play people to still enjoy.
