When I contacted them, they insisted—citing CCTV footage—that there were no issues at the time of shipment and flatly refused to issue a refund. It is absolutely infuriating to think I might just have to accept this loss. The customer service was terrible; it was truly a horrible experience. If your package doesn't arrive, customer service won't help you.
