This app is probably the worst app made in the country, we got some bad apps in Trinidad, but this took the cake for being the worst. Firstly, I cannot even log into my own account. Got a bunch of errors like AES keys or something like that, made me change my password etc, and when i did, it told me “Success!” which led to nowhere, I input my phone number and password, to get the message “Success” for the screen to freeze and nothing would happen. Please developers, spend some time in developing a better app, because this app is genuinely sickening. Better yet, develop it where it can work with NFC.

Is the app only available for use in Trinidad and Tobago. What about Trinidad and Tobago citizens who live abroad and still have local credit cards how can we sign up using our foreign telephone number

Good day I’m requesting a feed back on why is it taking so long for my money to be transferred from the Endcash app into my bank account. The money was transferred on Sunday afternoon. It should take 3 days working days which would be yesterday the 14th or the 15th still no money to my account. Please need a feed back thanks in advance.

At this point in time I find all financial institutions in Trinidad and Tobago should get together share ideas create a mobile wallet app which people that doesn’t have a bank account and people that have bank accounts can utilize to pay and get payed like say for instance CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, AirTM and etc. There is WiPay but they only use retailers as distributors as service's and their services is time consuming and not a lot retailers or entrepreneurship’s would use their service’s.

Does not work with new debit cards that have been sent out by the banks. What is the point of having this app if it does not work with my own personal account. 

Is the bank so greedy to have me get a credit card from them to use this app. Please refer to good apps such as Venmo which works properly with any debit or credit then release this app to the public.

I’ve downloaded the app, tried to sign up. The app sent a verification code but I haven’t received it! 
I hope the developers fix the bug because I’ve been waiting fir the Trini version of cash app.
Good initiative though

Really wish it can become a true contactless payment option like “Tap to pay” but it’s a step in the right direction in terms of its functionality as a digital wallet.

I used this instead of cash, most people who perhaps might comment negative they not familiar with app like Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp and PayPal to them cash is king.
