This app is my go to when I’m stressed and it really helps calm me down when I’m alone and just wanting to wind down, highly recommend!

I saw this on a facebook real…

I never open a facebook link…

I went to the App Store and typed it in….

And of course it was a paid app..

Well I found a free app by scrolling down farther.

I downloaded it.

It started asking me about 25 questions… then it actually recommended that I was feeling something else.

I started the exercise… it was about 90 seconds.

It was a bunch of strange tones.

Then it asked again how do I feel… it recommended another 90 seconds bunch of tones.

I think I said I felt calm.

Then it said one more time and it would help me fall asleep.

Each time a different part of my body and brain felt tingling.

I fell asleep before that last exercise was done. I just woke up to pee.

….. over 4 hours later. I am very groggy and am now going to sleep on the couch.

I felt more relaxed than if I had taken a Valium…. And in about 6 minutes I was asleep.

People…Do not download any paid app…

(I have d/l so many mindfulness and relaxation sounds apps.. I was sick of it…

This comment is for the developers….

I have been taking Valium about 4 days a week for many months.

I have a few medical conditions 

Paranoia/schizophrenia

Anxiety

Depression

Bipolar(Up and down) Many times in the same day

Three different type OCD…

1. Just right
2. Magical thinking
3. religious OCD

In June of last year, I moved out of transitional housing-I was at that place for about four years.

I am now in a regular apartment complex that there’s four apartments in a row
Then a little walkway

I think they are 16 one bedroom or two bedroom apartments.

I will recommend this to some of my friends at the other complex..

Many of them use government phones, and I hope that your app is for android as well.
