## What is ENdi?

You know your body. You have been tracking it, managing it and explaining it - often to people who don't fully listen. ENdi is the health tracking and intelligence platform built to change that.

Whether you are living with endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS), PMDD, adenomyosis, or navigating a complex and irregular cycle, ENdi turns your daily logging into personal pattern insights. Understand what your body is doing, discover what actually helps, and walk into every appointment ready.

No more struggling to describe months of symptoms in five minutes. No more managing this alone.

LOG EVERYTHING, IN SECONDS
Period tracking - colour, flow, pain level and clot detail logged day by day
Pain mapping - mark exactly where it hurts on a body-scan interface with location, sensation and severity tracked over time
36+ symptom types - pain, fatigue, bowel, bladder, nausea, bloating, brain fog and more
Flare-up logging - severity, triggers, location and impact on your daily life
Food, drink, activity and exercise diary - everything that might affect how you feel, in one place
Mood, sleep, medications and supplements - all connected
PMDD tracking - mood, energy, pain and cycle-phase patterns logged across your full cycle
Diagnostic test logging - upload and store scans, blood tests, letters, referrals and diagnosis documents
13 quick-log actions on your home screen - logging takes seconds, not minutes

UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS
ENdi's on-device intelligence analyses your history to surface insights that are personal to you - not generic averages.
Pain outlook - your own low, typical and high range based on your history
What Helps Me - discover which medications, supplements, foods and activities correlate with your better days
Cycle-phase connections - see how each phase affects your sleep, mood and symptoms
Unusual-pattern alerts - know when something is outside your own norm before your next appointment
All insights are observational and wellness-focused, processed on your device.

PREPARED FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT - AND AFTER
Appointment prep with guided questions - organised by what your doctor needs to know
Track answers and notes during your consultation, with follow-up reminders so nothing gets lost
Health Overview - a full summary of your conditions, symptoms, medications and diagnosis journey, exportable as a PDF
Upload your complete medical history - scans, letters, blood tests, referrals and diagnosis documents stored in one place
Conversation prompts for doctors, partners, family, friends, work and school - the right words ready when you need them
Flare support page - shareable in moments when you need help and don't have the energy to explain

4.7 STARS | 16 LANGUAGES | BUILT FOR EVERY CYCLE TYPE

Inclusive by design - for endometriosis, PMOS (PCOS), PMDD, adenomyosis, perimenopause and all cycle types. If your cycle is irregular, sparse or unpredictable, ENdi works with that.

ENdi is a wellness and self-tracking platform. It does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical advice.

### 1/5 — Super clunky, needs a lot of work

*2025-11-12*

During the set up pages, there was a double page for collecting name and profile picture like two pages overlaid each other. When trying to enter medications the max dose options do not make any sense with how the quantity forces a change to other dosage sections. Basically making that impossible to use. For this alone I just can’t use this app. It’s needs testing and fixing by the developers.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re sorry you encountered that onboarding bug - we haven’t been able to reproduce this ourselves, so if you are able to email us more detail, we’d love to explore what’s happening.

As for the medications feature, we are including an update that lets users set the two independently when the situation calls for it. Please keep your eyes peeled for an app update in the next couple of days!

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2025-08-08, version 1.35.2*

Finally an app that gets it! Use it everyday for my endo. Love the simple design, please add more for cycle tracking

### 5/5 — Game changer

*2025-02-10, version 1.32*

When I was first diagnosed, I was so lost and confused. This app has helped me kickstart into understanding and keep track of my health. I love that I no longer feel alone or overwhelmed.

### 4/5 — Love the app!

*2024-07-01, version 1.20*

Love the app, been using it for a couple months now, only issue is that for whatever reason, the last day of the month’s journal doesn’t show up on my calendar or in my stats? This is the only issue though, I love how customisable it is and the range of symptoms - would love to see back pain added to the symptom list though!

### 1/5 — Keeps crashing

*2024-02-29, version 1.15*

App keeps crashing and doesn’t save notes and body scans.
Very frustrating.

### 1/5 — Not a free app

*2024-02-20, version 1.15*

You don’t even get a trial of the app. You are asked to pay straight away. False advertising

### 1/5 — Hmmm...

*2024-02-13*

Don't love that I was hit with a bunch of questions to set up an account, but was then was blocked. How? I could choose a free trial or a yearly plan. There was no exit button to use a free version. I opted to see the trial (already cancelled the renewal just to be safe) and I guess if it wows me I'll be back to boost the review 🤷🏻‍♀️ (Desperate measures during flare ups!)

**Developer response:** Hello, thank you for your review. ENdi asks onboarding questions to make sure users get the best personalised experience, but offer a skip button if you do not wish to input these details. In regard to your payment query, Apple requires a payment method, even for a free trial. This is mainly for Apple verification purposes and to ensure the user is legitimate. The App Store will not charge for those first 30 days, and the subscription can be cancelled at anytime during the free trial to avoid being charged. We hope you enjoy the app when you do try it out. Please email us on info@jenixtech.com if you require further help or have any more feedback.

### 5/5 — Amazing app!!

*2023-06-15, version 1.7*

Of the apps I've tried for tracking my endometriosis, ENdi has definitely been the best. Really quick and simple to use, but really helpful in how it collects and presents my data so i can share with my doctor. Highly recommend it to all my endo-sisters!

### 5/5 — So great for my wife

*2023-03-11, version 1.5.2*

My wife suffers from Endo and finds this app so useful. Would be great to track diet too, other than that it’s perfect.

### 4/5 — Best out of the rest. Needs changes

*2023-03-09*

out of all the apps I have tried to journal my endometriosis symptoms. This one is by far the easiest and most convenient to use. Great features to show symptoms and statistics. However, they don’t have a food feature and seen as endometriosis has a large connection with diet and hydration I am surprised that there is not a section to include food and drink to show the user how certain foods are impacting endometriosis symptoms. I did email them, suggesting the addition and have heard nothing, which is disappointing, hoping they will make changes in the future though. Otherwise, I know best app I have found for Endo journaling.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review and for the incredibly helpful feedback. It’s invaluable for us to hear from our users, and we’re excited to share that further journal features - including food records - are in development for future releases. Stay tuned, and please continue reaching out with any other feedback you have!
