### 4/5 — Fab for tracking triggers

*2025-03-27, version 1.18.13*

I love this app for tracking food triggers. The only thing missing for me is the ability to track medications associated with IBS.

### 4/5 — Excellent app!!

*2024-08-05, version 1.16.1*

So clear and easy to use, been using for a week and already a helpful picture of what my triggers are. Only thing would make it better is even more food listed but it’s still great as can make your own entries and add specific items you ate in the meal!

### 4/5 — Useful tool

*2024-06-05, version 1.15.0*

Using this to do a food diary, not bad considering I'm using the free version. Unlikely to upgrade. A bit clunky in places and limited info on symptoms but I'll stick with it.

### 3/5 — Major issues but it’s good

*2023-03-14, version 1.12.2*

At first, I couldn’t tap to track my symptoms so deleted the app. Then I learnt that IF you add custom symptoms and the words/sentence is too long there is no space to move the button on the bar (that’s how to mark the intensity of the symptom).

That’s is a major flaw, and that’s why I couldn’t use the tracker the first time and decided to delete it. But there is nothing quite like this app out there…

### 4/5 — Nice

*2023-02-15, version 1.12.1*

Simple and efficient I like it so far

### 5/5 — Great

*2022-07-16, version 1.10.1*

Game changer! Sufferer of chrons and this is really helping me see patters and track my symptoms. Highly recommend

Having some issues loading more symptoms and triggers though! Got an error message when tried to contact support.

### 3/5 — Needs more depth

*2022-07-03, version 1.10.1*

This has a decent looking interface and I like the concept, but it needs more depth and customizability to be useful. You pretty much have one page, no ability to take a step back or gleam a broader view using analytical tools. You can't get more granularity than a 1-5 scale, and if you aren't having immediate symptoms or are tracking more than 2 or 3, it's hard to get a good understanding of what is causing what.

### 4/5 — Simple and safe

*2022-05-14, version 1.10.1*

I don’t know if I have IBS but I do have a funky gut, so I need to track my symptoms and my meals. This is the only food tracking app that wasn’t trying to push me to count my calories and weight myself everyday, which is a nightmare for people with ED or a history of ED like me!! So good job devs, love your app.

### 4/5 — Helpful

*2022-01-18, version 1.9.1*

Really clear and helpful to manage symptoms, as well as identifying patterns with foods/drinks and what could be possible triggers. Very clear layout, easy to use. Only fault would be that some foods are not recognised on the app, however you can free type your own so this is not an issue.

### 5/5 — So happy to find a tracker not focused on calories

*2021-11-29, version 1.8.2*

This tracker is simple and works great. After years of struggling with disordered eating/diet culture/tracking every calorie, I had finally broken up with myfitnesspal. However, only a few months later I began going through stomach issues, ulcers, etc. Working with a doctor, I knew I needed to start tracking foods again to identify my triggers but was really nervous I would fall back into using MFP. This app is exactly what I needed, tracking just the food, a timestamp, and symptoms as they arise throughout the day.

### 3/5 — Please fix keyboard issue!!

*2021-07-11, version 1.8.1*

Love this app but the keyboard blocks new food entries so very difficult to add new things. Please fix!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Won’t load anymore

*2024-04-13, version 1.14.4*

Was a great app, totally loved it, but pointless now because the loading screen hasn’t actually moved on to being the screen with the food diary and the plus sign. I thought maybe it was my wifi causing the issue, but i’ve now tried it in multiple places using different wi-fi’s and data’s and it still doesn’t load :(

### 1/5 — The keyboard is blocking the text fields

*2021-06-29, version 1.8.1*

It’s hard to key in anything properly because the food text field keeps appearing UNDER the keyboard.

### 2/5 — Extremely buggy and not obviously worth the money

*2025-02-14, version 1.18.11*

This app is literally so buggy that even the send feedback (bug report button) doesn’t work.

Typing into the input box doesn’t work reliably.

Graphs shown in the App Store listing aren’t actually in the app.

Food database doesn’t have 90% of products (but does have most ingredients). No way to bulk enter ingredients though, and as I said the typing doesn’t work properly.

App doesn’t really tell you clearly what features you’ll get by paying and doesn’t offer any kind of trial so there’s no way to know.

### 2/5 — Upset 😌

*2024-06-13, version 1.15.0*

I have been using the application for three days and although it looks good, in the end I don't know if it will ultimately remain only a record of food and symptoms and will not accompany the user in determining possible digestive problems. When it comes to registering a dish, the AI support is very slow (it becomes desperate), and on the other hand, it has errors such as the impossibility of sending feedback to the company/programmers through the link that they themselves have created. I have a month paid and I will continue, but I doubt I will keep it beyond a month if nothing new appears

### 2/5 — Help

*2024-06-06, version 1.15.0*

I’ve just upgraded to the paid version and can’t see how this tells you which foods trigger your symptoms. Can anyone help explain please?

### 2/5 — Not what I expected

*2021-07-27, version 1.8.1*

I’ve had stomach issues for years and I had high hopes for this app. Unfortunately, you can’t track symptoms separate from meals, so it’s not very useful. For example, if you wake up with a stomach ache you have to add a meal and it tracks it with the meal, which makes it look like the food gave you a stomach ache.

### 2/5 — Buggy app

*2021-06-27, version 1.8.1*

Trying to file feedback to report bugs in the app and the feedback form is buggy.

After selecting a meal the recipe sheet appears below the keyboard which is very confusing.

In general app appears to be quite buggy. Which is a pity because it otherwise appears to be useful.

### 2/5 — Not useful

*2021-02-01, version 1.7.0*

I downloaded the free version and found it easy to add food and symptoms, but there was no insight being gained. So I paid for the insights and they are useless. I don’t need to see that my “dairy is up 0.4% this week”. That is of zero use to me. I need an app that can find patterns like “in the 24/48 hours before you typically experience symptom X, you have consumed ingredients Y and Z.” I wish I had not paid for this app.

### 3/5 — Problems

*2024-04-12, version 1.14.4*

App not working as of 12 April 2024.

### 3/5 — How to actually learn

*2023-07-19, version 1.13.0*

I’ve started using this app and I’ve had a positive experience with inputting my meals and symptoms, however, I was hoping to be given graphs or suggestions on which foods are likely to be my triggers. I expected the app to find correlations and communicate them to me but I’ve been using it for a few days and there’s no easy way of identifying anything. Am I missing a feature of the app? Advertising screenshots show graphs that I don’t see.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Most helpful tool

*2025-12-26, version 1.18.16*

Most helpful tool in tracking all symptoms, stools and meals. Informative and useful feedback on nutrition and Fodmap

### 5/5 — Love it, but wish it had stats like other apps

*2025-11-27, version 1.18.16*

This is the only tracker I’ve been able to keep due to it’s ease and simplicity. However it’s so simple it doesn’t have complex stats or a way to view long term symptoms. I pay for + and the analysis has been incredibly helpful for me in understanding how to improve my digestive health- it takes previous meals into account as well. Highly recommend overall for a simple day to day tracker

### 5/5 — Great app for IBS

*2025-01-25, version 1.18.3*

This app is a great way to quickly identify potential food sources which exacerbate IBS symptoms.

### 5/5 — Love the update- able to track food for free!

*2025-01-11, version 1.18.3*

Initially, I was only able to not log symptoms for free, but since the latest update, I’ve been able to log my meals, symptoms, and stool type,
All for free, which has been super helpful! I’m not able to look at any analysis or anything longer than one day without the paid version. I might pay for it in the future. But I do love what they’ve done with it so far

### 5/5 — Best of similar apps

*2024-07-28, version 1.16.1*

I downloaded and tested 7 apps for tracking food, stress, and environmental triggers. I used all of them for 4 days and kept only this one. The format is simple, but comprehensive and I have already learned useful things to solve the IBS that affects me.

### 5/5 — Love this app!

*2023-07-19, version 1.13.0*

Exquisitely designed!
Can track food, symptoms, and triggers all in one place. Easily see everything together. I really like getting to see the food and symptoms all in one area. This makes it easier to understand what is happening.

Also able to customize symptoms and triggers. I need to track a few things that are not listed. This feature has made it simple to track.

There was a recent update and the chart is so much easier to read now for symptoms.

This app has helped me so much.

### 5/5 — Great, simple and free

*2023-04-25, version 1.12.2*

Perfect for those looking for an easy free DIY solution. My one suggestion for improvement would be to more easily visualise meal times and types in the graph.

And perhaps a way to, over time, build a model that connects symptom severity to certain types of food.

### 5/5 — Simple and Useful

*2023-04-18, version 1.12.2*

Simple interface, helps keep track of essentials: different symptoms at different times and food you’ve eaten. First step into taking control of my IBS. Thanks endive!

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2023-02-09, version 1.12.1*

So grateful for this app, allowed me to to detect the common denominators and triggers of my ibs of which I’ve found so difficult to track without keeping a note of things.

Honestly it’s the clearest, simplest way to track your bodies reactions to what your eating- not to mention the actual design of the app is positive and colourful!!

Making the my ibs journey less grey and miserable, but is allowing me to experience such personal growth through finding the patterns that can be avoided.

Whoever started this app is a gem!

### 5/5 — Seems great!

*2022-10-25, version 1.10.1*

Only been using a few days but this is a great app so far - symptom and simple food tracking, just what I was after!
