Kind of scary. I play these kind of games because I like the hand drawn art. Has a map that teleports you. Hint button and collectibles. Characters are comedic, but are meant to be. No technical problems. Mini games do not require a mathematics degree or a Ph.d in anything. Just simple fun and use of normal brain power. I recommend this game for a nice relaxing day on the couch😊

There was nothing novel about this game, but nothing horrible either.  For anyone that cares there isn’t a strategy guide but you can find one on Big Fish’s Walkthroughs site.  There’s extra morphing objects and pumpkins to find throughout the game, which I normally find is a must for me but in this instance there wasn’t that many and they were very large and easy to spot.  The storyline was subpar and the HOS & mini games were average & not very challenging.  The graphics were colorful and sharp but the main game was medium in length and the bonus chapter was super short.  I can recommend this game only if you’ve played out all games in this genre and are jonesing for a new game to play, but I definitely feel at $6.99 we should be getting a lot more for our money!!!

I believe the first two in the series were released by another developer; however this installment was created by Sunward. The developer gives us all the bells and whistles: customizable settings, teleport map, complex items, interesting inventory usage, and absolutely gorgeous graphics. Collectibles included morphing objects and pumpkins, and there was an on-screen indicator to inform you when you had collected them. The storyline certainly wasn’t novel, but this game held my attention and was enjoyable to play. The gimmick in the game is your artifact, and I won’t say anything else about it so as not to spoil your game. Each location had a plethora of tasks to accomplish. The HO scenes were types we have seen many times over: word lists, silhouettes, using one object to unlock another, frags. During some of these scenes, you could opt for a pairing game. There were many puzzles/games; however none was very unique or innovative.Most were of the inane rotational genre. I would have liked more artistic types (painting, weaving, embroidery, sewing) and labyrinths and mazes, as well as interesting code-cracking and encryption puzzles. Still, the gameplay was fast-paced and the actual game was lengthy inclusive of the bonus adventure. One asset that you can expect from this developer is that it isn’t necessary to drag inventory items. Click the tool, click the area to use it, and it works perfectly. Sunward has excellent quality assurance!
My true rating will be 4.5 stars. I deducted a half star due to the lack of creativity in the HO scenes as well as the puzzles/games.  This lack of innovation made the game seem a bit dated. Nonetheless, it was still a fantastic game.
UPDATE: Domini ‘s latest release is still pending approval on the App Store; hang in there! Happy gaming to all!
