Hearing these letter sounds are just as cringey as hearing “6-7” over and over, plus, some of the sounds are incorrect. R should say rrrrrr, but this app says it like this: “ar-ar-ar-ar”. We have endless wordplay, numbers, reader and alphabet and they have all helped my son of 4 lay a solid foundation for being able to read and do basic math. App says it supports family sharing, but only the free version, which is useless. Don’t get sucked in like I did. It is a great app, and I’ll change my review if I can get the unlocked version on all of my devices. **Developer response:** Unfortunately, Apple does not support Family Sharing of in-app purchases and subscriptions. We have tried to have that designation removed from the App Store page but have not been able to. Please email us at support@originatorkids.com and we will do our best to help you with workarounds to this restriction. ### 1/5 — Not helpful *2020-05-09* Ive enjoyed these apps for my kids for years, I have a 5 year old, a 7 year old and one more on the way; until I needed help from the company. My expansion pack wouldn’t work on my Apple tablet after I had purchased it on my Apple iPhone, same iCloud account, they emailed back and forth for a day basically telling me they don’t understand the problem. I offered the iTunes recipient, visual evidence and even my bank statement. This is disappointing and not a company we’ll continue to purchase from. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2020-05-07* Unfortunately my 4 year old likes this app. I do not. I stupidly spent £6+ on it only to discover the levels are short, only consist of 3 letter words, do not increase that much in difficulty and really are not very taxing. And they want £11 + to unlock the next part of the app 😤🤬. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! It crashes too frequently (and Thant’s on a brand new 7th gen device running the latest iOS. This is a free app with in app purchases, what exactly are we sharing? A free app? The idea of family sharing is to reduce the costs on family by sharing. **Developer response:** Unfortunately, it is Apple's policy not to support in app purchases via family sharing. There is nothing we can do about this since we rely on Apple's systems for purchase and restore functionality.
