## What is EndoLens?

Endometriosis takes years to diagnose. Most people see clinician after clinician, repeating their story from memory, being told it's normal. EndoLens was designed by a fellowship-trained MIS surgeon to change that conversation: track your symptoms in a minute a day, and turn them into the consult-ready report a specialist actually reads.

Track what matters — the way a specialist thinks about it
• Each pain that counts, separately: period pain, pain with intimacy, pain with bowel movements, pain with urination, and day-to-day pelvic pain — each on a simple 0–10 scale
• Where it hurts, bleeding and cycle days, bloating, fatigue, mood
• What it cost you: days your symptoms limited or stopped your life
• Triggers and what helped, in your own words

See your pattern
• Pain charted over time, with bleeding days marked
• Pain by cycle phase — cyclical or constant, the distinction clinicians listen for

A clean, dated PDF in the order a specialist reads a case: your pain pattern, how often each symptom occurs and how severe it gets, functional impact, affected areas, medications, comorbidities, and a recent daily log.
