bom demais pra gente que não sabe muito o que fazer na academia, já tem os treinos prontos com vídeos, da pra montar os treinos que o instrutor passa facilmente e ainda dá para registrar o progresso. a melhor parte pra mim é que dá pra postar tbm o meu progresso, adorei!
